I want to challenge each of us to own our roles in deconstructing a system which has perpetuated injustice and led to inequities within our broader society and the healthcare industry in particular.

Embracing health equity and belonging (the intersection of diversity + equity + inclusion) not only helps us become better community stewards, it helps us transform the injustices of our current reality. Our health system is complex and nuanced requiring deeper community connections and cross sector collaboration. With so much of healthcare designed without the lived perspective of minorities and marginalized communities, opportunities for equity remain unrealized.

As Founder and CEO of Just Health Collective, my goal is to guide organizations in finding their truth, repairing trust and spurring collaboration within and across sectors to advance health equity and belonging. We build, implement and scale solutions that accelerate the promise of equity.
